Ömerli is considered amongst the better-off suburbs of the Asian shore of Istanbul.
This area, which includes the « Ömerli Dam » lake and the Riva river feeders, is one of the few Istanbul suburbs to be surrounded by forests. This noteworthy municipality plays a determining role in the city’s new development strategy and is considered as “the first successful practice of low-density luxury housing projects”. |

The project is developed on a 100,000 m² site and involves the construction of 102 accommodations, spread on 89 villas (76 simple- and 113 double units).
The complex offers a club house which includes an indoor restaurant, a bar, a pool, gaming rooms and showers.
Numerous outdoor activities are proposed: A wide swimming pool, tennis courts, gardens, playfields and cycle tracks.
A technical building gathers all the required technical installations, as well as a control room and a guardroom.
