VIZZION Europe, a reference on the real-estate market

VIZZION Europe is currently developing projects totalling 525,000 m2 in more than eight countries.

Its goal is to deliver more than 200,000 m2 a year from 2016 on, which represents the current execution capacity of the group.

In 2007, the VIZZION group financed over €600 million for project developments across 6 countries, accounting for more than 240,000 m2 that will be delivered between 2010 and 2013.

The financing of those projects relies on the support of private investors and the confidence of major financial institutions.

The VIZZION group also holds, directly or through investment clubs, rights to the acquisition of land for a development potential of almost 200,000 m2, representing a future total investment of more than €600 million.

The group plans to deliver its shareholders annual returns of 24% up to 2013.
