VIZZION Europe is a service provider within the Group that vertically integrates all skills required in the real-estate development process, from opportunity sourcing to the marketing of the end-product.

Besides VIZZION Europe, the service companies also include VIZZION Architects, VIZZION Engineering and Art de Vivre.

VIZZION Invest is the investment manager for all development SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicle) set up for the projects.

The service companies and VIZZION Invest are held by VIZZION Participations, the Group holding company.

In June 2008, its founder, Şefik Birkiye and a group of investors subscribed to capital increase of VIZZION Participations, which reinforces the strength and growth potential of the Group.
